Building Updates

Currently, we are involved with the only real bid that makes sense. A few hiccups (par for the course) have come up. First, we have since been told we need to incorporate a fire sprinkler system. Initially, that was not required due to being under the 9000 sq feet requirement. However, with the occupancy level factored in, that has changed. Additionally, we are having some issues with the county over their presumption that we are a bar and restaurant rather than a club. This is under discussion at this time as the differences in permits contain differing requirements. Also, we are working to get with the banks to see what type of loan information we can obtain prior to taking our financial requests to Moose International. On the upside, the bid was finally broken down for costs and we are happy to say that some things will work for us as we've committed to doing certain portions of the work ourselves following the basic measures necessary to complete it. I still cannot give a specific time frame just yet as we are in the middle of so many paperwork processes even before we go to International for the final approvals following a General Meeting to put this all down in the minutes. Please be patient. We are getting there slowly but surely.
